Webadvisor and "maximum amount of cookies"

If you're trying to access Webadvisor and you receive the message "the maximum amount of cookies has been reached," please clear out the cache, cookies, and temporary internet files from your preferred browser or mobile device.  Once you are done, close/quit the browser, re-open it and try accessing Webadvisor again.  For further assistance, please call the Support Desk at 305-899-3604.

 

Internet Explorer:

1. Click Tools > Internet Options.

2. Under Browsing History, click Delete.

3. Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.

4. Click Delete and then click OK all the way out.

Firefox:

1. Click on the Firefox button (top left-corner) and then select Options.

  • Or click Tools and then click Options

2. Click Privacy.

3. Under History, click on the drop-down menu and select User custom settings for history.

4. Click Show Cookies and then click Remove All Cookies.  Click Close and then click OK all the way out.

Google Chrome:

1. Click on the Chrome menu (right-hand corner), mouse over Tools and then click Clear browsing data...

2. On the Clear browsing data box, click on the drop-down menu and select the beginning of time.  From the menu, select Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files (you can uncheck everything else).

3. Click Clear browsing data.

Safari:

1. Open Safari (if it's not open).  Click Safari on the toolbar and then click Preferences.

2. Click Privacy and then click Details.

3. Click Remove All and then click Done.

iPhone, iPod, and iPad:

1. Click Settings and then click Safari.

2. Scroll down (if on iPhone/iPod) and click Clear Cookies and Data.

  • If prompted with a warning message, click Clear Cookies and Data.

 

Android device (mobile and tablet):

1.  Open the Android browser on your device.

2.  Press the Menu key, and then click More (this may vary depending on the Android version).

3. Click Settings and then scroll down to Privacy Settings.

4. Click Clear all Cookie Data and then click OK.

 

Windows Phone:

1. On the Start Screen, swipe to the right and scroll down and then click Settings.

2. Swipe to the left and scroll down to Applications and then click on Internet Explorer.

3. Scroll down and click Delete History.
