Videotape or record something (not a lecture)

This service offers videotaping or voice recording on location or within the David Brinkley TV Studio.

 

What is included

  • Scheduling and coordinating the recording of a University-related event, or something for academic/department needs
  • Use of a teleprompter (for studio recordings only)
  • Use of sound proof studio space based on availability
  • Burned DVD of the taping in a format of your choice

Exclusion

  • Recording for personal use

 

Who receives this service

  • Communications Department and students have priority in using this service

  • Faculty, Staff, Students

 

Service Level Agreement

  • Videotaping or recording must be requested 7 days prior to the requested date. Respond in 1 business day.  The request will be resolved based on the specific user request.

 

What happens next

You will receive an email confirmation message once the request has been processed.
