DoIT provides an online virtualized platform at http://go.barry.edu. This portal delivers anytime-anywhere access to many applications such as the Microsoft Office suite and other commonly used applications to all members of the Barry community. With an internet-connected device, Library resources and other intranet sites - normally only accessible if physically on campus - are made available through this portal. Microsoft Office – Microsoft Office 365 Proplus is available for free to students, faculty and staff to download and use on their personal devices.

Accessing E-mail – Access to e-mail is available via numerous methods.

- Outlook – If you’ve installed Microsoft Office on a computer, you can configure it to access your e-mail.
- Mobile Devices – Configure Outlook for mobile clients.
