This service is to report or plan on the relocation of an office phone.
What is included
If you have already physically moved a phone location, please report the new location of the phone including room or office number, building, and campus.
If you are planning a move or reorganization of an office, please use this service to report the upcoming change or relocation of the phone.
When requesting to relocate an office phone, please provide:
Name
Phone Number
Old - Location (office or building) and Room (include address if at a remote campus)
New - Location (office or building) and Room (include address if at a remote campus)
Who receives this service
Faculty, Staff and Non-Employees​
