This service provides the maintenance, oversight, and guidelines for the practice of retaining or disposing of university information and records.
This service provides systems to manage the protection of university records including storage and retention, and disposal of records. All records retention and disposition services follow the university’s record retention and disposition policy.
What is included:

Consultation regarding the type of records as well as the need to retain or dispose of them

Scanning, disposal, or archive of records

Archival records, those of historical value, are processed through the University’s Archives and Special Collections

Service level agreement:
After a support ticket is received a response will be given within 24hrs. Scheduling of consultation is within 5 business days.
What happens next:
After a request is received, a member of the Chief Information Officer, or General Counsel, or Archives and Special Collections office will contact the “client” for consultation and/or to schedule further action.
