Public Access Printer Request

This service provides toner and/or paper for public access printers. 

Note:  Office, departmental and personal printers are not included. 

What is included

A multi-function printer or network printer is one that is maintained by the University’s contracted vendor, Dex. 

Exclusions/Non-Standard Features

Exclusion:

  • Personally owned, department owned printers are not included in this service

  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • Students
  • Contingent Workers
  • Guests

Service Level Agreement

  • After this service is requested, a response will be given within 1 business day.

What happens next

A member of the Division of Information Technology will replace paper and/or toner.
