1. Access SPRO
2. Enter student ID or perform a name lookup
3. Data displays including
   • Academic program and status
   • Student type
   • Location
   • Advisor – you can detail to STAD
   • Restrictions (holds) and dates – you can detail to PERC
   • The bottom part of the screen allows you to detail to multiple other screens
