Savedlist Creation - SLED

Use form to edit the contents of a savedlist or to create a new one. This savedlist can be used in multiple Colleague screens to run processes in batch, for example, in TRAN. The savedlist can also be used in certain Informer reports.

Access SLED

Enter a savedlist name – i.e. LISTNAME and click on OK. If the savedlist exists, the contents of the savedlist are loaded into the form. If the savedlist does not exist, click Add to create a new list. Do not include special characters or spaces in the savedlist name.

 

Click on detail icon to paste IDs

 

Paste IDs that have been previously copied or type desired IDs.

Click Save and then Save All

Your savedlist has now been created and is available for you to use.

NOTE: If you copy the list from Excel, make sure the column is formatted correctly as 7-digit to avoid missing leading zeroes.
