Generates a course profile report, including credits, meeting times and location, instructor and student count. The report can be run either by department or by faculty.
Access XCPR
Enter D to run the report by department or F to run it by faculty member – required field
Specify if you want to include withdrawn students or not – required field
Enter term – required field
Enter division – required field
Enter department – optional field
Enter Faculty ID – optional field
Enter category – optional field only available if running by Department
Click Save All
