Turn on or off "Favorites" in the Navigation Pane in Outlook

On Outlook:

1. Click on the View tab.

2. On the Layout section, click Folder Pane.

3. From the drop-down menu, click Favorites (to turn it on or off).

4. The Favorites section will show up on the left navigation pane.
