If you are experiencing problems creating new emails, sending emails, attaching files or using the options "replying," "reply to all," "send" or "forward," please follow the instructions below:
1. Sign in to Outlook Web App. If the "Welcome" page displays, click Outlook on the top to go to your inbox.
2. Click Settings (top right-hand corner next to your name), and the click Options.
3. In the left navigation pane, click Settings, and then click Mail.
4. In the right-hand side menu, look for the Reading Pane section. Select the option "Type in a new window."
5. Click Save.
6. Click Outlook on the top to go back to your inbox.
