Change the time zone to the correct setting in Outlook

If the Outlook client is displaying the incorrect Time Zone, follow the steps below to correct it:

  1. At the top of the page, select Settings .

  2. Select General > Language and time.

  3. Select the language, date format, time format, and time zone you want to use.

  4. Select Save.

Instructions for classic Outlook on the web

  1. Sign in to Outlook on the web.

  2. At the top of the page, select Settings Settings > Mail.

  3. Under Options, select General > Region and time zone.

  4. Under Region and time zones settings, select the language, date and time formats, and the time zone you want to use.

  5. Select Save.
