To change the Time Zone in order to display the correct time stamp in your messages, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to Outlook on the web. If landing page displays, click on Outlook on the top to go to your inbox.
2. Click Settings (top right-hand corner next to your name), and then click Options.
3. In the left navigation pane, click Settings, and then click Regional.
4. In the Current time zone box, click on the drop-down menu, and then click the correct time zone setting (Eastern Time US & Canada).
5. Click Save.
6. Click Outlook on the top to go back to your inbox.
