To change the Time Zone in order to display the correct time stamp in your messages, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to Outlook on the web.
2. Click Settings (the gears wheel icon at the top right-hand corner)
3. In the left navigation pane, click General, and then click Language and Time.
4. In the Time zone section, click on Change, and then click the correct time zone setting (Eastern Time US & Canada).
5. Click Save.
