Change the time zone to the correct setting in Outlook on the web & Classic Outlook App

To change the Time Zone on Outlook on the Web in order to display the correct time stamp in your messages, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to Outlook on the web.

2. Click Settings (the gears wheel icon at the top right-hand corner)

3. In the left navigation pane, click General, and then click Language and Time.

4. In the Time zone section, click on Change, and then click the correct time zone setting.

5. Click Save.

 

To change the Time Zone on Classic Outlook App in order to display the correct time stamp in your messages, follow these steps:

1. Sign into your classic Outlook Client App

2. Click File at the top right of Outlook

3. At the bottom left corner, click Options

4. In the Options screen, click on Calendar on the left navigation pane, then scroll down to the Time Zone section.

5. Click the correct time zone setting.

6. Click OK
