Donation - Planned Gift

This service provides a request for the creation of a planned gift.

 planned gift is a contribution that is arranged in the present and allocated at a future date. Commonly donated through a will or trust, planned gifts are most often granted once the donor has passed away.

 

What is included

Advancement Services will provide the following:

  • Set up the donor and planned gift in the Alumni/Donor CRM for financial reports and tracking
  • Acknowledge and thank the donor for the planned gift

It is the responsibility of the requester to:

  • Provide all information and documentation regarding the planned gift to Advancement Services.

Who receives this service

Faculty and Staff of Barry University.

 

Service Level Agreement

First response in 1 business day.  Lead time for completion of this task is approximately 1 week after the receipt of all necessary information.

 

What happens next
