Forgot Password

Step 1

Go to Forgot Password enter your BarryNet email address and click Submit.

 

Note: When you click Submit, an email message will be sent to your recovery email address on record with the Registrar Office for students and Workday for staff letting you know “The password reset for your Barry account has been initiated.”.

Students – If you need to update your personal email address can send an email message to registrar@barry.edu or complete the Change of Personal Information form.

Staff – If you need to update your personal email address view the Modify Your Personal Information job aid and log into Workday to complete the update.

 

Step 2

The next screen displays the verification options you previously set up for your account.

 

 

Use Security Questions

Click the arrowhead next to Use Security Questions.  Provide the answers to each of your security questions, and click Next followed by Submit until you are taken to a screen to create a new password.  Enter a new password, confirm the password and click Submit.

 

Once you successfully completed the process, you will receive a confirmation on the screen that the password was updated.

 

 

You will also receive an email message confirming your password was successfully updated.

 

 

Send me an Email or Send me a Text Message

Click the arrowhead next to Send me an Email or Send me a Text Message. Once you see your recovery email address or phone number on the screen, click the arrowhead to continue.

A verification/security code will be sent to your recovery email address or recovery phone number. You will have 60 second to retrieve the code. After 60 second, you will need to click the link Resend security code to obtain a new verification/security code.

Enter your security code and click Submit.

 

 

You will be taken to a screen to create a new password.  Enter a new password, confirm the password, and click Submit.

 

Once you successfully completed the process, you will receive a confirmation on the screen that the password was updated.updated.

 

You will also receive an email message confirming your password was successfully updated.

Step 3

You will be taken to back to the http://go.barry.edu login.
