Resetting Multi-Factor Authentication with video

Multi-factor authentication for your email/Office 365 account will confirm your identity by verifying something you know (your email address & password) and something you have (a trusted device – such as a mobile phone).

More information about Office 365 multi-factor authentication can be found on the Accounts and Passwords section  our website: https://barryit.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1826/Portal/KB/?CategoryID=2212

Due to verification through a trusted mobile device, if any changes occur to the Microsoft authenticator app (i.e. un-installing the application) or to the mobile device itself, such as upgrading to a new phone or switching devices), a reset may need to be performed to allow users to re-register their device and add their Barry account back to the app.

If you are unable to reset your multi-factor authentication at this time, please contact the IT Service Delivery. Contact information for IT Service Delivery can be found online at http://help.barry.edu
