Problem logging into the Student Portal

If you are able to log into all Barry online resources except Student Portal and receive error message, "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in" follow the steps below to successfully log into the Student Portal.

1. Log into Student Portal using an incognito or private window.
   1. To access incognito or private window, click the three dots or lines at the top right of your browser, then click new incognito or private window.
   2. For additional instructions to launch or start a web browser in a private or incognito session view our help article.
2. Once in the incognito or private window:
   1. Go to Student Portal by visiting https://studentportal.barry.edu or https://grantforward.barry.edu  and enter your username followed by your email if the second sign in screen comes up. 
      1. Before you authenticate (do not input the two-digit number), choose use password instead or other ways to sign in, enter your password and choose to authenticate.
3. You should be able to access the Student Portal.
