In order to resolve the problem of hyperlinks not opening in Outlook, Microsoft has a Fix it file available. Please copy and paste the following link in Internet Explorer, http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=310049. In the Resolution section to have Microsoft fix the problem for you, click the Fix it button or link according to your computer operating system Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2003 or Windows 8.1 and Windows 8. Then click Run in the File Download dialog box, and follow the steps in the Fix it wizard.
