Access the new Degree Audit functionality
Overview
Barry University faculty and advisors who need to view the new Degree Audit functionality must first register for a CollegeVine Agent Platform account using their Barry email address. Follow the steps below to create and verify your account.
Step 1: Open CollegeVine and select login
Go to www.collegevine.com, then select login in the upper-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Select Agent Platform
On the login selection screen, select Agent Platform.

Step 3: Switch to Sign Up and Enter your account information
The Agent Platform page opens on the Log In tab. Select the Sign Up tab to register a new account.

Complete the registration form using:
- Your Barry University email address
- A new secure password
- Your first and last name
Select Sign Up to submit the form.
Important: Register with your Barry University email address so your account can be associated with Barry University access.
Step 4: Complete Sign Up Information
The registration page will ask you to associate your new login with BarryU. Select “I work with a university that uses CollegeVine” and enter your Name, Role/Title, and Barry University as the college name. Then click Continue. The confirmation screen will appear; click Close.

Step 5: Verify your email address
CollegeVine will send a verification message to your Barry email address. Open the message and follow the verification instructions to activate your account.
Can’t find the message? Check your Junk Email or Quarantine at at https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine. You can also search your mailbox for “CollegeVine.”

Click the “Join Barry University” button to be taken to the Collegevine Platform.
You’re Registered! To log in in the future, skip steps 3-5.
Step 6: Switch to Degree Audit
Once you’re taken to the CollegeVine page, click on the AI One Stop drop-down in the top left, and change to Degree Audit. Then click on Apps, and click on the link that appears in the Barry-degree-audit window, and click login as yourself.

Step 7: Switch to Degree Audit
Once you’re taken to the CollegeVine page, click on the AI One Stop drop-down in the top left, and change to Degree Audit. Then click on Apps, and click on the link that appears in the Barry-degree-audit window.
Important: Degree Audit can take up to a minute to load. Please be patient!

Troubleshooting
I did not receive the verification email.
I forgot my password.
- Use the Forgot Password option on the Agent Platform log In screen and follow the instructions provided.
I can log in but cannot see the Degree Audit functionality.
- Ensure the platform is switched from “AI One Stop” to “Degree Audit”
- Contact the Barry University IT Service Desk through help.barry.edu and include your Barry email address, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
