Don’t know password and want to reset it - with Microsoft

Microsoft forgot forgot-my-password

Go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/. Enter your email address and characters in the picture then click Next.

Select your contact method in the verification step 1 for Email, Text, Call or Send Notification then follow the on screen prompts.

In verification step 2 select your second method and follow the on screen prompts.

Enter your new password and confirm new password and click Finish

You will view your password conformation on the screen.

You will also receive and password reset confirmation email message.
