This service is for requesting new phone hardware for an employee or department.

 

What is included

  • This service provides a new phone handset for use in an office.
  • Currently phones will be either an Avaya or Cisco phone and given based on the requested phone features needed and availability in a particular location.

 

Who receives this service

  • Faculty, Staff and Non-Employees​

 

Service Level Agreement

  • Respond in 1 business day, resolve within 7 business days​

 

What happens next

  • You will receive an email confirmation message once the request has been processed.​
