This service requests videoconferencing for a meeting, event, or class.

 

What is included

  • A Conferencing & Media Services technician works with you before your event to determine what videoconferencing equipment is right for your event/location and on the day of your event.
  • Video conferencing professionals may set up the equipment at your site and remove it when your event is finished.
  • Conferencing & Media Services offers Point-to-Point videoconferencing that allows users in a physical room, such as a conference room or classroom equipped with videoconferencing equipment, to present video and content to participants attending locally and remotely.
  • DoIT also provides portable videoconferencing equipment which may be installed anywhere on Barry's network, such as an office, a department's conference room, or a classroom. These rooms may therefore be used for videoconferencing, as needed.
  • Other desktop video conference tools are also available based on the needs of the request.
  • Video conference reservation forms must be completed 7 days prior to the usage date.

Service Level Agreement

  •  Respond in 1 business day.  The request will be resolved based on the specific user request.

 

What happens next

  • You will receive an email confirmation message once the request has been resolved.
