Advancement Services Task or Report Request (CRM Access Form Available Here)

This service provides the ability to enter a request for a task to be performed or to describe a requested project or a report.  Lists, event set-ups, and email blast requests are not submitted here; additional service requests have been created for each.  

**To receive access to the division's Alumni/Donor CRM database, you may download the AdvSvcs CRM Access Request Form, complete it and return it to fund@barry.eduYou will be notified when your access has been created.

What is included

Advancement Services will provide the following:

  • Completion of the agreed-upon work to be done in relation to the task, project, or report.

It is the responsibility of the requester to:

  • Provide the criteria and purpose for the task, project, or report.

Who receives this service?

Faculty and Staff of Barry University.

 

Service Level Agreement

The first response in 1 business day.  The lead time for completion of the report is approximately 2 weeks after the receipt of all necessary information.

 

What happens next

You will be contacted by Advancement Services to discuss any concerns with the submitted job.
