Alumni or Donor List Request

This service provides a request for a Barry Constituent list of alumni, donors, and/or friends to be created and provided for the exclusive use of Barry Faculty and Staff.

What is included

Advancement Services will provide the following:

  • Create the constituent list and provide it in the agreed-upon format.
  • If the list is to be used in a communication piece, will be updated accordingly with either an appeal code or action item

It is the responsibility of the requester to:

  • Acquire any university approvals related to any communication piece associated with this list
  • Provide the criteria for pulling the constituent list
  • Advise Advancement Services of the communication piece and when released or mailed.

Who receives this service

Faculty and Staff of Barry University.

 

Service Level Agreement

First response in 1 business day.  Lead time for completion of the list is approximately 1 week after the receipt of all necessary information.

 

What happens next

You will be contacted by Advancement Services to discuss any concerns with the submitted job.
