Adobe Connect,  a synchronous (real-time) web conference platform, lets users integrate software like PowerPoint, flash videos, and whiteboard tools.  Meeting participants communicate using chat, audio and/or video.

Service Level Agreement

  • Respond within 24 business hours and resolve within 24 business hours

 

What happens next

  • After submitting your request, you will receive a Teamdynamix confirmation message. 
  • After your request has been processed, you will receive the following:
    • An Adobe Connect message wth your username and temporary password
    • An Intercall Voice Bridge welcome letter
