How do I update my e-mail signature from the Email Signature form

As a branding initiative, Marketing, DoIT, and Human Resources have made available a branded signature for all faculty and staff to use.  Please follow the steps below to update your e-mail signature.

 

1. Please log in to www.barry.edu/signature and log in with your Barrynet username and password.  Click Log On.

 

2. Please review your signature information. If you need to make changes please click the Edit button and once you are done with the updates click Save. Your signature will take up to 24 hours to display in your Outlook e-mail.
 

Note: In the Edit page, you will be able to update the following fields: Display Name, Phone, Fax, Campus Box, Building, and Room. Below is a preview of what your signature will look like:

Note: Updating the Phone, Fax, Campus Box, Building, and Room fields will also update the online directory.

3. If you discover that your title, division, department or location are incorrect, please submit a Workday Request to hrsupport@barry.edu.

 

You can add up to 3 e-mail signatures:

1. Click Add another signature.

 

2. Edit the signature and then click Save.

 

3. Preview the signature and then click Save.

 

4. The additional signature will appear on your signature list and you can always remove it by clicking Remove signature.

 

5. Once you are done, click Log off.
