The Data Security Incident Response Program provides the framework for responding to computer-based or non-computer based incidents where personally identifiable information (i.e., social security numbers, driver’s licenses, passports, etc.), protected health information (i.e., medical records, health insurance information, etc.) or confidential University information has potentially been exposed, whether inadvertently or intentionally.
