How do I change/reset my voicemail PIN?

To change your voicemail PIN from your Barry University desk phone:

When you access your new Cisco voicemail for the first time you'll use 159357 for PIN after which you'll be prompted to set a new PIN. 

1. Press your Voicemail  button. 
2. Enter your current PIN and press # (pound).
3. Press 4 for Setup Options.
4. Press 3 for Preferences.
5. Press 1 to Change Your Pin and follow the prompts.

If you are unable to change your pin, please try to reset your pin via the self-service portal. 

To reset your voicemail PIN from the Self-Service Portal:

Use the self-service portal when you forget or don't know you password and want to reset it.  

1. Go to http://bu-cuc-01.barrynet.barry.edu/inbox and enter your username and Barry password.

2. Click Settings

3. Click Password and then Change PIN

4. Enter your new PIN and click Save.

If you are unable to reset your pin, please contact the IT Support Desk or submit a ticket. 

To change your voicemail PIN while you are away from your office:

1. Dial your office phone number (the full 10-digit number). 
2. When you hear your greeting, press * (star).
3. Enter your ID number (your 4-digit extension).
4. Enter your current PIN and press # (pound).
5. Press 2  to access your mailbox.
6. Press 4 for Setup Options.
7. Press 3 for Preferences.
8. Press 1 to Change Your Pin and follow the prompts.
