Add Faculty Record - FCTY
Before a faculty member can be added to a course section, a department has to be assigned to the
faculty record in the FCTY form.
Please note that this cannot be completed until Human Resources has finalized the contract and the
record has been created in Colleague. Once HR has added the record, you can access the faculty and
assign a department.
1. Access FCTY form
2. In the Lookup, search for the faculty by name, ID or SSN
3. Populate the Department field. The Pct and Division fields will auto-populate
4. If this faculty member is also going to be an advisor, change the field Advisor to “Y”
You can also access the faculty’s schedule and list of current advisees from this form.
