Send an email message to a contact group

Open Outlook and create a new email message.
If you know the name of your contact group, you can type it in the appropriate recipient field directly. Outlook will show you potential matches in your Contacts in the address book.
You can also click the appropriate recipient button to display in the Select Names: Contact dialog box. Type a few characters of the contact group name and click the arrow. Contact groups are shown in bold font.
Note if you enter the contact group in the To field all recipients will be able to view all email addresses and the recipients can reply to all recipients.
Note if you do not want the recipients to view all email addresses enter the Contact Group in the blind carbon copy (Bcc) field.
Select the Contact group for your message, click To followed by Ok.
Enter a subject and message , then click Send.
