Create a contact from an e-mail message

You can create a new contact from an e-mail message by following the steps below:

1. From the e-mail message, right-click on the user's name and then click Add to Contacts.

2. The information for the user should automatically populate.

  • Enter any additional information within the contact and then click Save & Close.

3. You will be able to find the contact in your Contacts List (the Contacts List is in alphabetical order).
