How can I restore my Faculty/Staff email account if I recover my lost or stolen device

You can restore a wipe or your lost or stolen device if your mobile device is still listed under Mobile Phones by following the steps below.
(Note: These instructions will only work if your mobile device has not synchronized with the server and the device is still listed under Mobile Phones.)

1. Log into http://go.barry.edu with your email address and password.  You can access your email account from the Outlook Web App icon on the Home tab.

2. Click Options on the top right-hand side and then select See All Options

3. Click Phone on the left-hand side menu and then Mobile Phones

4. Under Mobile Phones, select the affected device, and then click Cancel Device Wipe.
(Note: If the device is no longer in the list, you cannot use this option)
