Transfer a caller directly to someone's voicemail?

1. While on an active call, press the Transfer button.
   The caller will be placed on hold

2. Dial asterisk (*) and then the number or extension to which you wish to transfer the call
   (or select the listing from your directory or call history).

3. Press the Transfer button again at any time to complete the transfer.

4. If you make a mistake, you can press the Cancel button on your screen.
